Nagar Parishad Nagaur

This trial was conducted to evaluate the replacement of the existing 8-ton diesel backhoe loader with the MEX 1.2 Electric Excavator. Despite the extreme ambient temperature of 56°C in Nagaur, Rajasthan, the machine successfully processed 21.6 tons of garbage in 6 hours while consuming only 2.6 kWh of energy, demonstrating excellent productivity, energy efficiency, reliability, and durability. The successful trial confirmed its suitability for operation in harsh field conditions.

Jamshedpur Gold mine

This trial took place over 4 weeks under 60 ft of land with hard rock.

The agenda of excavating minimum 30 tons blast rock over a period of 4 hours with a 0.04cbm bucket was achieved. The machine replaced the manpower and worked for 5 and a half hours. Charging was conducted with direct connection to the grid with a 220v AC supply.

Municipal Corporation Gurgaon

The idea behind the trial was to consider the feasibility of replacing existing 8 ton machinery with 1.2 ton. With a bigger improved 0.06cbm bucket and the work time of 6 hours the objective of reducing traffic congestion due to road blockage with heavy machinery was successfully achieved .

Hammer 1.2

An interesting case study where the customer demanded continuous working operation for 3 hours. We successfully achieved 2 hours before a sudden battery drop. Considering a 1.2 ton machinery the impact during operation is not immense. We concluded the hammer is a crucial attachment for removing cement deposits
